Engraving orders are tricky to adjust but their are some instances where we can make a change. On our website we will continue to say all Engraving orders are final, however if they contact us we will try to do what we can to make a change.
If a customer wants to cancel their order in it's entirety, please follow the process labeled in this article. If the engraved order follows these guidelines, send Shay the order number via email so she can cancel the engraving. Engraving Fee will not be refunded for Cancelled Orders.
Adjusting or Cancelling orders:
Customer can cancel order if it is still in an Awaiting Shipment status.
If the shipping label has been created, check this sheet to see if it has been engraved yet.
If it has been engraved, no changes can be made.
If it has not been engraved, follow these steps:
- If the customer wants to change the engraving itself or the font, send Shay via email (shay@ensorings.com) the order number and what the adjustment is.
- If the customer wants to cancel their engraving, cancel the order and create a new one. Let Shay know the original order number so she can remove it from the Engraving sheet.
- If the customer wants to change the ring they are engraving, cancel the order and create a new one. Let Shay know the original order number so she can remove it from the Engraving sheet.
For any engraving cancellations, the engraving fee will be refunded.
Changing Shipping Address:
We can adjust the address directly in ShipStation if it is still in an Awaiting Shipment status.
If the shipping label has been created, check this sheet to see if it has been engraved yet.
If it has been engraved, no changes can be made.
If it has not been engraved, please notify Shay via email (shay@ensorings.com) with the order number and the address adjustment needed.
If any changes are made to an order please make a Private note in Woo on their order. The note should be:
"Customer requested engraving to be changed to X, Freshdesk Ticket Number X"
"Customer requested engraving to be cancelled, Freshdesk Ticket Number X"
