There are certain cases where we will always refund an engraving fee but there could be grey areas along the way.


These are cases were the customer does not want a replacement ring (if they want a replacement we would cover the engraving fee).


1. Their ring is lost in transit

2. The engraving is incorrect even though it shows correctly in Woo.

3. The wrong ring was sent (size, style or color) even though it shows correctly in Woo
