If a customer's ring is eligible for a replacement under our warranty qualifications we'd be happy to send them a new ring with the engraving included at no cost.
If we a customer is requesting a warranty ring, but they are changing the engraving, size and other aspects of the ring we may charge them the engraving fee, as we may feel they are trying to avoid exchanging the ring.
